Hi EveryOne,
I got my Green card in mail yesterday. I want to thank IV and everyone for all the support during this GC journey. I wish everyone all the best for their green card process. I wish everyone gets to file 485 irrespective of priority dates and ultimately get their green cards. This is a question to Admin, i have a recursive donation going on, I would like to make a one time donation and stop the recursive donation.

yes, I punched it right. I changed last digit... it shows it is approved... of course, this is not my case number.. someone who has one number different..

2.> I-864 + employment letter (copy will do) + tax returns (last 3 years) + W2s (last 3 years) + paystubs for last 3 months + bank letter
3.> Proof of status for her (I-94s, I-20s, I-797, EAD, etc)
4.> Copy of her complete passport (including expired one if it exists)
5.> Her birth certificate / affidavits
6.> Copy of your I-140 approval
7.> 6 photographs of her
8.> Filing fees
You also need to include the filled in Form I-134.

If I assume that every year EB3-India gets 5000 GC-Visa. From 2001 - 2008 Total = 40,000 EB3-India Visas
Is number of applications in 2001 and 2002 is > 40,000.

opening new threads like this is annoying, I see lots of useless thread around here which discourages me to come to IV that often. He is asking update from CORE like they owe him, he must have paid his attorney and should attorney in such way not here. Whenever core has something to share they do share, no doubts.
If you do not feel like coming to IV forum, that is your problem.
If anything only the IV Admins can speak of what the members can ask or cannot ask.
I think it is clear that this platform is not a paid subscription, so if the IV Admins do not ask for money who are you to speak of money here?
I did not demand anything, it was a request which the Admins and lot other members would understand except for some jacka** like u.

Also, those who have the "Senior" Member tags, imagine when you first joined this forum, if someone would have responded back saying "Have you paid any money that you are asking for it?" or "What have you contributed or given to this forum that you are asking for it?"
I think the choice and the decision on what to ask and what not to ask is on the Admins of this forum and the IV Members in general and not just on few people like you. If you dont have an answer please do not respond as you are adding to the so called "NEW ANNOYING THREADS".

Don't ignore Dubai. It is a boom town and will give red carpet welcome to your wife because she is a US trained doc. I know of a few Indian docs who were on J1 visa and never got waiver jobs went to work in Dubai instead because with US degree they can practise there without any major issues. Dubai is good for IT folks too with the internet city. You may want to google and find more about Dubai's requirements.

We asked the AAO for an update since the case status has not been changed for the past 3 months and this is what we got from them...
"Appeals of an I-129 petition take about 6 to 8 months to process. It starts from the date your file was received into the Administrative Appeals Office. Please wait patiently for your case to be reviewed, thank you."
My case was transferred to the AAO by February 9, 2009 (as per the USCIS website). So, should I wait until October 8, 2009 for a decision or should I withdraw the case and re-file again?
What are my chances of getting it approved before October 2009?
Also, I only hold a 3 years Bachelor's degree and possess 6 years of work experience of which 5 years goes to the petitioning company. Is there a chance that I would be rejected based on the grounds of my degree?

If I were you, I would take start with something "less technical" in the IT field like testing. You can learn a tool or two (example: Mercury, Rational etc) and basic methodology about planning, executing and monitoring testing. You have your background in HR and can use your functional skills to add value to any HR enterprise implementation.
You can then move to more technical side of the IT fields with configuration of any of the major enterprise tools like others have suggested - Peoplesoft, SAP etc.
