First of consult some American Lawyer who is close to labor law , because even lawyers act at times with some point of interest , which need not be yours . There is no such thing as a "bond" in US ( Unless you are on L1 ) so to BOMK , you are fine.

My attorney says I can do so, I have asked him how.
Our corporate office handles all and I do not have any information about this. I hope my attorney is correct and I do not find myself in trouble after I change location.

whatever is the reason of revoking ? I just want to know if employer revokes an approved I140 withing 180 days of filling, will the employee know about it.

You cannot know about a revoked I-140.
But if you filed a 485 based on that 140, then since 140 denial/revoking automatically closes the 485, you will get a denial notice for the 485 and that is how you know.

You can do that, however, you would find that after 10 years, you are still looking at different US consulates for visa interview but your friends who remained with one employer, got their GC and they have lot more freedom than you do. It is a very difficult question. Either you can move from job to job and get paid more or you just stick to one, sacrifice some money/flexibility but get thing done in one shot.
Worst possible case would be - you realize after 6 years that you should have stuck with one employer!

Yes, it is possible.. However you can apply for extension for one year only. If your I-140 is approved, you can apply for extension for 3 years.
I suggest the following:
1) Apply for your I-140 at the earliest. There is a possibility that your I-140 will be approved before end of May.
2) If I-140 gets approved by end of May, apply for H1B extension for 3 years
3) Else apply for I-140 extension for 1 year based on your approved Labor

I am in same boat, I took a Infopass today and met with a IO in NYC. She said she will do the needful as the dates are current by communicating with TSC and if nothing happens I have to come back in 45 days. I do not have hopes but lets see what happens

Unfortunately, we won't be able to do anything in your wife's matter. The people you are referring to as the ones whose cases got accepted are the ones with bounced checks. There is a difference between the manner in which USCIS treats cases with bounced checks and cases where checks are missing, are in an incorrect amount, there is a mismatch between words and figures in the check, check is not dated, check is not signed, etc.
In the first category, there is prima fascie evidecne that the check is in the proper amount, check is dated, signed, made payable to the proper authority. In those cases, the USCIS considers bounced checks as a matter for collection. The reason that there is a difference is that in the first case, the properly signed check IS NEGOTIABLE INSTRUMENT AND COMPLETELY VALID UNDER LAW.
In your case, the check was deficient because it put the party (the USCIS/Government) on notice of a defect. A party to whom a defective negotiable instrument is given with notice of the defect does not become a HOLDER IN DUE COURSE (VERY IMPORTANT UNDER THE LAW ). IN OTHER WORDS, THE CHECK LOSES ITS POWER OF NEGOTIABILITY UNDER LAW. Even if the Check is deficient that it does not affect its negotiability ( for example, check is not dated, or the check only contains the amount in words), the party to whom it is presented is under no liability to accept the check. I can take initiative for this task, my wife is a physician and I know 20 other doctors who are in the GC process.

My primary tip is patience... By very early, I mean at or just after sunrise... Early's no problem, I don't sleep anyway. :p I'll work on my patience ;)
I've also had great success with a trick Don Bevis shared. You can get thin bamboo sticks... I always carry two of them with me and stick them in the ground so that they apply slight pressure to the plant stem... It doesn't always work, but it does so often enough that it's worth hauling the sticks around... I remember Don's bamboo stick tip now that you remind me. I'll go to the nursury today...
These days I make heavy use of my 5-in-1 disk for diffusion and reflection... but Kevin Sadler talked me into spending more money to get a quality product and I haven't regretted it... Kevin's suggestion of using a quality reflector is a good idea, I'll go the camera store after the nursury...
As for shooting technique, a tripod is a must... and hang the camera upside down... and frequently use mirror lock up... GaryI use a manfrotto 3001BPRO tripod, which allows you to put the camera all the way onto the ground, and even position the center column horizontally, but I use a pan-tilt head that's not too flexible (and I bent it the other day :(). I'll look at ball heads while I'm at the camera store... I never thought of hanging the camera upside down! I'll try that. Great tip. I am not aginst the OP or generalizing the B1 abuse. I am stating my opinion of what could be the reason behind the denial. You know, now a days even people are getting 221g for the H4 stamping. It does not matter what visa you are going for, the US consulates just looking for a execuse to reject. Not only in India, there are lot of people getting 221g in Canada, and got stuck up there.

This might be a simple stupid question,
Can you please update, if you used a standard 2*2 passport taken here in the applicaiton form or got one 3.5 cm * 3.5 cm as put in the passport form. If yes, where did you took one. The standard size Passport Photo appears to be a little bigger than the one specified in the Passport application.
I used standard 2x2. Its mentioned at their website too.

I am changing my employer and wanted to retain the services of legal firm representing current employer. Upon asking that I want to retain their services after I leave current employer, I have been told to pay upfront retainer fee of $2500.
- Is it normally the case? I have been told that this fee will be put in my account with the firm and used to pay the charges for the services I request.
- If with God's grace my case is approved without requiring attorney's help, is this retainer refundable in full (I have asked attorney this question and waiting for thier reply). Anybody has a similar experience.

An illegal who is fired can 'melt away' and find another job. Are you willing to risk it all and leave the country? For one day of protest, in a form and manner that befits a 20th century mentality?
If we have to make ourselves heard with RESPECT and RECOGNITION, our actions must merit these values. We cannot bleed by a hundred cuts and expect to find what we need.
Let us get non emotional about this, collect DATA and present it OBJECTIVELY through repeated messaging. Positioning, timing and delivery is key.

I have been in this situation but my work location changed more than 100miles within the same state. My attorney asked me to start another labor.
1. If you think that you will move back one the 485 is adjucated, then you dont have to worry. OTherwise, you have file a new labor. Atleast you are safe since your 140 is approved. You can port your PD.
2. If it is within few miles then it should not affect. Still you have to check with your attorney. Few miles sometimes puts you in different couty or state or even in different country. So the term "Few Miles" is relative one and it is better to check with attorney.
